Fitness and nutrition: In in addition to training your brain, at Next Level, we will focus on developing you as an athlete - your heart, lunges, muscles, core, and energy conservation. In today’s sports world, there are millions of dollars spent every day to improve the physical performances of athletes. Strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility, cardio conditioning, balance, hand eye coordination are all by products of a physical training program. Our goal is to prepare our athletes for the most physically grueling sport ever created. Pillar 2 focuses on lean muscle strength, stamina, VO2 max, balance, core and intensity. That is correct, intensity! A strong mind and body creates more comfort, comfort creates more confidence, confidence creates intensity. That intensity is backed by stellar conditioning which in turn produces better results. Remember, results don’t lie!
